I ordered kitchen and laundry cabinets from CBMmart. My consultant, Jenny Zhuang, was very helpful in reviewing my design proposal, fixing it for anything I missed. They provided very fast communication through email, apps and messaging. We communicated very frequently, sorting every detail of the order before it was built. I received the cabinets reasonably quickly and have installed my new fabulous kitchen. I chose to assemble the kitchen from flat packs myself, and the labelling on all parts made the installation very easy. I would recommend getting the cabinets pre-assembled, which I will chose on any future orders, just to make the installation faster. Friends and family have reviewed the kitchen and have been overwhelmingly impressed with it. I also ordered stone bench tops, which are perfect. All items arrived free from damage. The cost was very reasonable, especially for the high quality of the products.

I am proud to say that I was one of the first people to get introduced to CBMmart. They handled all my material requirements to finish a Four Star Boutique hotel in AlKhobar, Saudi Arabia. The total interior finishes, except the solid Mahogony doors and cabinets (Pampanga, Philippines bound), were selected and delivered by CBMmart. Except for one hiccup, due to employee negligence, more than 50 containers of every thing from Granite and Marble to electrical switches and shaver sockets, were emaquetly handled by CBMmart. They continued their support, past the operation of the hotel, for almost eight years. I’m really proud of this, OVER 11 YEARS relation.

I was dealing with Mrs ivy through whatsapp and I made what was in my mind by her help and received all items as we agreed and discussed. For me Mrs ivy clarified everything and she helped by sharing her thoughts about my items and we customized it as per my dimensions + her support after sale on installation the things. Outstanding treatment. Very professional and very good customer service. At first I was respectful to bring something so big and it cost a lot of money from China... but luckily it all turned out great. I have spoken to Carol Shi and it was great, she wrote and kept me updated all the time. And excellent after-sale service too. Thank you Carol & CBMmart for everything!
